Electro-optical payloads

Tamam's families of gyroscope stabilized EO payloads were specially developed to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications. While all the EO payloads provide stable, high resolution Day and night observation capabilities base upon Forward Looking Infra Red (FLIR) cameras, some also integrate high accuracy targeting, pointing and tracking capabilities.

Tamam is the world leader in the delivery of EO payloads for Unmanned Airborne Vehicles (UAV).

The POP is Tamam's small EO payload. Designed to meet the short distance observation requirements. The POP was selected for various Aircrafts, UAV, Helicopters, Security systems and Gun Sights. The basic POP configuration contains a CCD and FLIR cameras with optional video tracking and laser pointing.

MiniPOP is a compact day/night observation system designed for military, para-military and civilian applications.

MicroPOP is new, lightweight day/night stabilized observation system for short-range observation missions. The system provides advanced, enhanced image capabilities for mini unmanned aerial vehicles (mini-UAVs).

NTS and its advanced version the NTS-A are a three sensors systems (TV, FLIR and Laser designator/rangefinder) which upgrade attack helicopters - Cobra (AH-1S) and super-Cobra (AH-1W) for full day and night missions capability. The NTS-A was also installed on an A129 Mangusta attack helicopter, firing laser designated missiles such as the Hellfire.

The MOSP is Tamam's mid-range EO payload. With very high stabilization, the MOSP can be delivered with wide range of sensors including CCD. FLIR, Lasre Range Finder (LRF), Laser Designator, Laser Pointer and Video tracker.

LOROS is a multi-sensor imaging system for long-range day and night observation. LOROS maximizes IAI/Tamam's expertise of high level stabilization and navigation technologies.

AOS is an advanced airborne observation system for day and night application.
AOS is operational on fixed wing aircraft and on helicopters.

GTADS is a new, lightweight, portable, self contained observation and targeting system for the modern ground forces

DART45 is a lightweight compact Laser Designator and Rangefinder for Ground, Airborne and Naval applications.
