MHT continues to build on its history of community investment programs. These provide support for better education and career opportunities for various communities in Israel. MHT does this through active engagement and long-term commitments that help bring about sustainable change in communities.
MHT is dedicated to strengthening the fabric of communities in which it operates through vocational initiatives. The Ort Aerospace Industry Technological High School & College initiative helps adolescents build their confidence and self-esteem and secure a technical trade and career path. Now in its 40th year, more than 2,500 adolescents have graduated the Ort Aerospace Industry Technological High School & College.
Ort Aerospace Industry Technological High School & College integrates theoretical, technological studies with workshop practice at IAI's facilities. The curriculum is updated to suit changing needs of the aviation and high-tech industries. It includes field tours and lectures by IAI's top experts on space, civil and military aircraft.
MHT leverages its hands-on expertise acquired in the aerospace-oriented vocational high school to provide turnkey training projects involving the establishment of aviation training centers.
